MEET THE CLINICIAN

Meet Kevin L. Kaldy, DC, MBA

Dr. Kaldy brings more than two decades of clinical practice to musculoskeletal care, rehabilitation, sports chiropractic training, advanced rehabilitation credentials, med-legal work, and MBA education. His approach remains practical and evidence-informed: evaluate carefully, monitor progress, and recommend care that fits the individual patient.

Minimal Care. Maximum Results.

Treatment recommendations should be based on clinical findings, functional goals, measurable progress, and patient response. The objective is to provide appropriate care—not to maximize treatment visits—and to help patients return to meaningful activity when appropriate.

What care does Las Vegas Pain & Wellness Center provide?

Las Vegas Pain & Wellness Center offers chiropractic care for pain and movement problems. Care starts with an exam, not a preset treatment package. Dr. Kaldy asks how symptoms affect your work, sleep, exercise and daily life. Your history and exam help shape the plan.

Care may include hands-on treatment, exercise and steps you can use at home. The choice depends on your needs and preferences. A treatment that helps one person may not suit another. The plan can change as your symptoms and function change.

The goal is to help you move and do more of what matters to you. Ask about the purpose of each treatment. You should understand the expected benefit, possible risks and other options before deciding.

What happens at the first appointment?

Your first visit starts with a discussion of your health history and main concerns. Describe when symptoms began, what makes them better or worse, and what you find hard to do. Bring a list of medicines and any relevant records. Tell Dr. Kaldy about prior care and how you responded.

The exam may assess movement, strength and other findings based on your concerns. Dr. Kaldy explains what those findings mean and discusses next steps. Imaging is not a substitute for an exam. If more evaluation is needed, the plan may include a referral.

You can ask questions before care begins. The visit should leave you with a clear sense of the next step. An appointment request does not confirm a visit until the office contacts you.

How is treatment progress measured?

Progress means more than a change in a pain score. It also means being able to do more of the tasks that matter to you. A useful goal might be walking farther, sleeping better or returning to a work task. Your starting point helps guide what to track.

Tell Dr. Kaldy what has changed between visits. Include both gains and problems. The care plan should be reassessed when symptoms do not improve or your needs change. More visits are not always the right answer.

At Las Vegas Pain & Wellness Center, care is based on findings, goals and response. Ask how each step will help and when progress will be checked. Care may be adjusted, reduced or referred elsewhere when appropriate. Results vary, and no specific outcome is promised.

Why does evidence matter when choosing care?

Evidence helps explain what is known about a treatment and where the limits are. Clinical guidelines bring research together to support care decisions. They do not replace your history, exam or preferences. Nor do they show that one treatment is right for every person.

The World Health Organization reports that low back pain affected an estimated 619 million people worldwide in 2020. It projects 843 million cases by 2050. These are population estimates, not proof that a specific treatment works. They show why thoughtful care and support for daily function matter.

Use research as a starting point for questions. Ask about benefits, risks, other options and the quality of the evidence. Our research page links to guidelines and reviews. The sources below let you check the information yourself.

How do I request an appointment in Las Vegas?

Use the appointment request page to contact Las Vegas Pain & Wellness Center. The office will follow up to discuss scheduling. A request is not a confirmed appointment. You can also contact the office at 702-232-4610 if you have questions before your visit.

The practice is at 5650 W. Flamingo Rd., Suite A, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Before the visit, download the new patient packet. Save the PDF and open it in Adobe Acrobat to use the fillable fields. Print the completed packet and bring it with you. Forms are not submitted through this website.

If you plan to use insurance, check your benefits with your insurer before the visit. Ask about coverage, referrals, visit limits and your share of the cost. The office can discuss scheduling and practical questions. Do not use an appointment request for an emergency.
