PATIENT CARE

Evidence-Based Musculoskeletal Care

Thoughtful evaluation and individualized care for spine, joint, movement, and musculoskeletal conditions—with a focus on function, measurable progress, and appropriate treatment planning.

Dr. Kaldy in clinical consultation

Care starts with a careful evaluation.

The first visit is a conversation and examination—not a preset treatment. We look at your history, movement, function, goals, and findings to understand what may be contributing and what should happen next.

Musculoskeletal assessment

A focused examination may consider range of motion, strength, coordination, gait, joint and soft-tissue findings, neurological signs, and the activities that matter most to you.

Individualized treatment planning

Recommendations are matched to your presentation, preferences, response to care, and functional goals. The plan can change as the picture becomes clearer.

Care is selected for the person in front of us.

Depending on the findings and goals, care may include education, hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, exercise guidance, or coordination with another clinician. No single technique is right for every condition.

Chiropractic and manual care

Hands-on care may be considered when the examination supports it and when it fits the patient’s goals, preferences, and tolerance.

Rehabilitation and exercise

Movement and exercise guidance can support strength, confidence, mobility, and a return to meaningful activity when appropriate.

Functional improvement

The goal is progress toward the work, family time, exercise, recreation, and daily activities that matter to you.

Progress monitoring and reassessment

Symptoms, function, response, and goals are revisited so care can continue, change, or stop when it is no longer helping.

When referral or additional evaluation may be appropriate

Some symptoms, examination findings, medical histories, or changes in progress call for imaging, laboratory work, medical evaluation, or referral to another professional. Thoughtful care includes recognizing those moments and helping coordinate the next step.
